Respect

Handling myself with care today.

A need a sign to wear today that reads, "Handle with care!" I feel fragile and sensitive as events and happenings contrary to my wishes occur. This sign will warn others but I also need a sign for my own dealings with myself. To handle myself with care in the tone of my inner talk, physical and spiritual nourishment. This life is a sacred quest I am honoured to be on and it too needs to be handled carefully. All that happens and the things that do not, direct me to the sense of worth I have and the dignity I chose to uphold. To raise the level of trust in my relationships is what respect calls for. This seems like a formidable task today, but this has appeared for a reason and I am being called to become worthy. Therefore I am on a mission today to treat others as I would wish to be treated.
