VIRTUES MUSINGS
Moving through this Life
ABOUT ME
My name is Oonagh (pronounced "Oona"). I am an ordinary person seeking to find their way through this life. I have created this site to share some of the tools I use to navigate through the ups and downs of daily struggles.
For the past two years I have been posting my Virtues Musings in a closed forum space for disordered eating called Bright Line Eating. I used the virtues cards crafted by the insightful Linda Kavelin Popov of the Virtues Project . My compass is the Bahai Faith. In my musings you will find references to these and more.

My musings are simply how the random virtue chosen relates to my day, the ways in which I practice it and how I fall short and need to strengthen it in my life. If you are interested please delve in and see how these virtues may help you.

I am practically imperfect in every way and through trial and error I continue to learn and accept that that is enough. The views expressed in my content reflect my individual perspective and do not represent the official views of the Baha'i Faith, the Virtues Project or Bright Line Eating.

If these musings cause you a moment of reflection then I have succeeded. We can make this world better through elevating our thoughts that will better inform our actions. Let's do it together!
