I have been elbow deep in NMF [Not My Food] as I am camping on a remote island with 25 delightful junior youth and youth. For the past 6 months I have refused to prepare NMF for my family passing the work over to them for their own enjoyment. As director of the camp however, it could not be avoided and I have a talent to prepare creative and nutritious meals. Amongst it all I have introduced the youth to the way I eat as they see me not partaking at meal times and eating my own food. I know from viewing Susan's last vlog that to educate our children and junior youth so that we avoid the increasing growth of obesity is how we will change our food culture. With a Bright Line Eating lens, the manner in which I prepared food for the camp changed and my talent found expression.
