Courage

I dare to face adversity with confidence.

I have leapt into what feels like darkness as invitations to grow came my way, and am so very thankful that I may cling to courage. It feels difficult, risky, but I am determined to embrace the entire experience with all my heart. I will not delude myself to think that I will avoid adversity. When my heart is in play, I want to overly protect it. Like the Queen in a game of chess, my heart has the most range, the most power and when and until I have the courage to expose it and make use of its inherent power I may never know what is truly possible. It is time to spread my wings...
