Commitment

Honouring my agreements.

During my re-entry [Bright Line Eating phraseology which relates to coming back home after being away] back to life as I know it yesterday, I had a wobbly moment that was triggered by a fleeting thought. It passed quickly and I noticed it and moved through it. I did not second-guess or hesitate to have my prepared meal that was ready and waiting for this exact moment. I made a promise to myself, to my Gideon Games Team [Bright Line Eating competition - Go Unrepentant Thinners] and my sponsor. This morning I am grateful for strengthening my inner integrity.
