I perceive myself at a crossroads with a situation at work. I know there is much consultation required to guide any decision that may be reached and to mature the understanding of all concerned. Drawing accountability this morning leads me to consider being guided by my highest standards thereby living up to my own sense of justice. Today I will take time to consider what that means in this context, to be open to hearing what everyone has to say particularly when it may be hard to hear; removing my ego from these discussions. I will strive to weigh my opinions before expressing myself and speak or compose communications with calm and composure.
