Yesterday I had the bounty of companioning a friend through the permission to be human exercise. It was an “AHA” moment for me in accepting the truth and honesty in all circumstances, having gathered up all the lessons to step forward today with a new awareness and wisdom, aware that I have qualities and gifts to offer the world.
